Make saving new reports easier Merged

If I start with a saved report, then create a new report, the only way to save the new report is to make a copy and then edit it. That is not intuitive because to me, that says I'm copying my old saved report, not the one I just created (even though it works).

It would be better to be able to click on "Save New" or something to indicate I am making a new report.
