It would be very helpful to compact reports so that within a swim lane, overlapping bars can be on the same line. Often we have features or initiatives that don't overlap and saving the vertical space would make for much more compact reports.
Thinking more about this, one challenge will be deciding which bars should slot into the same "row". It would be great if you could include some sort of mechanism for grouping along with a clear explanation of the default sorting. Aha doesn't have a lot of builtin sorting, being able to logically group bars so that I could be sure, say that phase 1 and phase 2 of a project are next to each other. Matching by name could be one approach, allowing me to pick a custom field for "grouping" could be another. I wouldn't have to always specify it, but when I want find grained control, it would be there. thanks!
