More space to show Initiatives on Capacity Report

What is the challenge?

On the capacity report we can't see enough about the initiatives. There are two problems:

1 - There isn't enough width. There's no option to drag the column to make it wider, and it's not even using the full width to display text - there's empty space.

2 - Can't see the full list of initiatives. There's no option to drag the window divider up to use the white space above to show a longer list.

What is the impact?

It's annoying as a user.
