Add new autofit option to scale view to fit container in presentation reports

Hello, I am proposing third option to how presentation reports are behaving within a container regarding AUTOFIT.

Now there are two options:

1. Allow view to overflow container

2. Shrink view to fit container

There is a great feature awaiting to be built: 3. scale view to fit container

Why is this lovable?

1. it resolves the pain of all users who have to present slides with half empty space just because there is currently no easy way how to scale content.

P.S. There is black magic one can use to sometimes (not most of the times) solve the problem by playing with size elements on the saved view (report). Like scaling columns.
