Mandate the use of a password on web notebooks by an Enhanced Notebook Security choice within account settings

We have a large audience for web notebooks and would like to ensure all web notebooks are password protected and therefore only visible to those who have been provided the password.

We've launched an update which now provides IP address access control on accounts, notebooks and idea portals. This new feature allows you to control who can access your Aha! account based on IP addresses and is available specifically for Enterprise+ customers. This new feature is available in Account settings, under the Security and single sign-on page.

You can see more details on our blog post: http://blog.aha.io/index.php/ip-address-access-control/

Note that you can already require that users enter a password before viewing a notebook by using the Enhanced Notebook Security control under Settings -> Account -> Security and Single Sign-on. This will limit access to users who have an Aha! login. If you are using an Enterprise account there is no charge for viewer users if you want to add more users with passwords.
