Sorting list on specific tags

Currently it is only possible to sort a list either ascending or descending. Specifically for tags it is interesting to sort according to a specific tag (pleas note there can be multiple tags.  

Would also be useful to control which tags are shown first and last in a list. now it seem to be random

    This can be achieved by setting report Filters and selecting the specific tag of interest.

    With the above you can only see one tag. What I want to achieve is to sort the list based on the tag
