Alphabetical Custom Tag Ordering in List Tables

When including a column containing custom tags in a list table, the tag values in each cell are arbitrarily ordered. This makes it hard to compare these tag lists. They should be ordered alphabetically as they are elsewhere in Aha (e.g. when using the custom tag as a row in a pivot table, or in the details page for the object having the custom tag).
