Add Bubble Chart functionality in Feature section that mimics the drag-and-drop functionality already available in Ideas and in Initiatives.

It would be a simple and helpful way to rank features against each other in order to prioritize, more helpful than having the functionality in the Idea section. The drag-and-drop functionality makes it easy to work with teams to visualize the value of each feature without having to create numerical scores for "value" and "effort" and create a static chart out of them.
