Attach todo to feature Merged

When user has a ToDo and this ToDo should be visible in feature, user need to close a todo and open new todo. All history is lost. Lots of emails is sent to all assignee (closing, opening etc). As a User I want to have a possibility to search in ToDo for feature that this ToDo will be visible in. In the same way as a user I can move todo from feature to other feature. This is somehow connected to the APP-I-1055
