Ditch popup tutorials

Great UX is intuitive and doesn't need tutorials. I shouldn't need 4 or 10 blue popups that I HAVE to deal with (even if just to dismiss) to learn all the things I can do on this page. Make the page more intuitive or offer JIT (just in time) help when I need it. Easy to learn and easy to use are always better than, "Let me school ya on the 17 things you can do here before you start." Let's also remember Miller's Law and consider people with accessibility needs and cognitive issues. Thanks.
