For regulated or auditable processes a team follows to produce a feature, there are a fixed list of development tasks that repeat each time. If a feature template can also include the list of development tasks, that would save setup time for each feature. It would also be great to share this template across multiple workspaces but not required.

We have a similar idea that I will merge this into.
I wanted to share a workaround that our customers use. They create a feature in the backlog, set it up as their template by adding requirements for example, and then copy it to be used for new features. I hope this helps in the interim!
