Initiative progress calculated from Epics completed

We are looking to create a progress bar for Initiatives based on Epics completed for each initiative. Currently, you can do that for epics by features completed. Our objective is to give an estimate of work done and work remaining without worrying about the size of those epics relative to one another.

For now we will have to stick with manual calculations where we will divide the # of completed epics into the total number of epics tied to an Initiative.
