Automation rules should allow updating related records with 'the same user'

For example, if a release is assigned to someone as the owner, I would like a rule that updates all the related features - to assign them to the same person.

Same idea, I created a fairly large roadmap, took the defaults and now support tells me I have to manually update everything. It would be really handy to update the top level and click to update all the sub tasks.
