Trigger slack notifications based on updates to custom fields in aha

We use a custom 'Status update' field to track and communicate the details around current status of an initiative. This field is updated by the product management team weekly and/or whenever there are key updates (that may not require an actual "status" update). It would be great to trigger a slack notification based on updates made to this field, so colleagues can stay updated on how projects are progressing.

We'd like to see the base description (only) included when "Ideas | Description" is selected in the integration. Currently, any custom fields are also lumped in with the description, which can make for a long screen in Slack.

I would love to be able to select the field that trigger a Slack notification. In this way, we could have certain releases push notifications to specific channels in Slack.
