Improve notifications from Aha! to Slack

It's already possible to send notifications from Aha! to Slack, but the messages are pretty messy and they don't always contain the information that I need.

I want the ability to better customize the messages posted in Slack, particularly:

What triggers the message
- Only show messages that contain a specific tag or match a custom field query
- Exclude messages that aren't relevant - show me a record when the status changes, not when the description is updated
