We are sharing lots of reports with various Aha data across the business to over 350 people. We are doing this by building the reports once and sharing a secure webpage link, which is great as everything remains live.
The issue we have is that a large proportion of these reports are sent to non Aha users. These are people that we don't want to have access to Aha and also don't need it - they just need to see some of the data.
As the Aha admin owner I am recieving so many emails from people that are clicking on the links (they are clickable so people are naturally going to believe they can click and get more information) from the secure webpage and they get an error as they are not an Aha user. I have to keep dealing with these requests and explain that they do not have access to Aha which is where the links are going. The response I get is of course "don't show clickable links then".
Please help!
Thanks very much for this rapid quick implementation. Are the web reports now just coded to not show links or is there an option to show them if wanted?
