If we need to open a presentation up to an entire team to collaborate, it's impossible to select everyone or select teams, when we have hundreds of users in the system. At minimum, there should be a 'Select All' Option in the Add Collaborators Modal. Ideal, would be to create & select Groups
Our ultimate goal is that we want to have a presentation template that everyone can access, copy and use for themselves.
There is no easy way today to add everyone as a collaborator by default, and for it to stay up to date as new folks are added.
There are 2 ways to solve this:
Add the ability to auto select every person as a collaborator on a presentation
Keep collaborators as is, but add a way to create presentation templates that are automatically accessible by everyone to copy and use
