Select All Collaborators in presentations

If we need to open a presentation up to an entire team to collaborate, it's impossible to select everyone or select teams, when we have hundreds of users in the system. At minimum, there should be a 'Select All' Option in the Add Collaborators Modal. Ideal, would be to create & select Groups

    Our ultimate goal is that we want to have a presentation template that everyone can access, copy and use for themselves.

    There is no easy way today to add everyone as a collaborator by default, and for it to stay up to date as new folks are added.

    There are 2 ways to solve this:

    • Add the ability to auto select every person as a collaborator on a presentation

    • Keep collaborators as is, but add a way to create presentation templates that are automatically accessible by everyone to copy and use

    I strongly agree. Especially because there is no ability to manage presentation templates - as highlighted by the number of votes for this idea: https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-382
