Continue to track ideas in private portal when they are moved to a different workspace

What is the challenge?

When idea moved to relevant team workspace, submitter can no longer track idea status in private portal

What is the impact?

Submitters get no feedback and can't tell if their idea has been picked up and is being worked on or if it has been deleted as it disappears from their view completely.

Describe your idea

We have an internal company wide ideas portal where all staff submit ideas. Automations have been set up to automatically assign teams to new ideas based on category, and emails are sent to relevant users to review. The ideas then may either be promoted to that teams board or moved to that teams ideas tab in aha so they can assess it later or manage/merge it with other work.
If the latter is done, the idea is no longer visible on our staff portal, but we would like people to be able to still track their idea if it has been moved to a team workspace.

We also can't display all team ideas in the same portal as they are being used in different ways for internal team improvement ideas or pipeline tracking, and adding the business wide ideas portal to all workspaces will clutter the overview tab for teams trying to manage their own work.

Effectively we are just looking for a way to either:

a) be able to track an idea in the portal from which it was submitted regardless of which workspace it is reassigned to.
or
b) add multiple workspaces to a portal, but remove the ability for a submitter to select any workspace other than the main portal one so that ideas can be triaged before being assigned to teams AND have the ability to filter the ideas overview tab in workspaces by workspace to ensure they are not inundated by portal ideas for different areas.
