What is the challenge?

Single columns and some swimlanes are not always enough to properly map the process we are following.

What is the impact?

Steps that the team would normally follow have to be hidden or made into requirements.

Describe your idea

Create a "modification" tool that allows me to create the rows and columns that best suit the processes that I need to support. For example i might want one column to have 3 swimlanes and then the next column have no swimlanes at all.
