Add search capabilities to the team board in Aha! develop

What is the challenge?

If there are a lot of things on the board then you sometimes have difficulty finding the thing you want. Currently you can search the backlog but not the board.

What is the impact?

Just slowed down a bit when trying to find work on a busy board

Expand the backlog search to cover the whole board.
