Add an attachment Viewer for .msg files

What is the challenge?

Email from outlook dragged to a feature for memory is a .msg file, and can't be viewed easily within the attachment viewer.

What is the impact?

Downloading attachments and viewing in Outlook takes a long time

Add a Viewer for .msg so the user experiences a seamless way to click through messages attached to feature/epic records with .msg files.
