What is the challenge? |
Currently, you can set an hourly cost for a capacity planning team. This is used to automatically calculate the cost of using the team when you convert your advanced initial estimates to costs. People within a team do not all cost the same amount and it is not possible to show this in Aha! today. |
What is the impact? |
You can only set an overall cost for using a team. You cannot set a cost for using an individual and you have to manage the cost of the team separately. |
Describe your idea |
You could define each individual's cost and then have all of these values roll up to the hourly cost fields on your team. You could then use pivot reports to see the hourly cost per team and the hourly cost per individual. |
