Team hour/week capacity reflected in report

When creating or changing a team, there is an option to manually set the teams capacity instead of having it calculated from #people*schedule.

However, the manually set capacity is not reflected in the capacity report. The only way around this is to create weird schedules to get the right amount of hours for the team.

The reason that we need this is that we work with external teams. We know how many hours we order from them every week but don't know (or care) which people in the team will actually do the work, but we still want to quickly assess if we're planning on doing more things than our contractors can manage.
