Work schedule at individual level
We would like to be able to view an individual's work schedule when reviewing capacity planning at an individual level. Capacity currently defaults to 8 hour day and workschedule is only supported at team level.

For individual capacity planning, we'd like the ability to customize the # of hours per individual. This would help more accurately plan each individuals available capacity. For example, maybe a Dev Manager only has 60% of the capacity that a team member does due to meetings or other managerial tasks. Another example might be a Dev team member that only works 6 hours a day. Currently there is no way to account for this.
