We would like to use a specific prompt in a custom field that references the overview and/or other fields. It would also be great if it could reference the attached requirements.

You may have already tried this, but one option could be to use the AI writing assistant tool to edit existing text. For example, you could select the description of your feature and then click the AI button to rewrite that text. Then you can choose to replace or add the AI response to your existing text.
