Improve performance of list reports shared to pages in an idea portal

What impact would it make?

It would save time and increase the likelihood that portal users stick around to use the list. As it currently stands it takes such a long time to render large lists that portal users are likely to think that something is wrong and give up.

How should it work?

Improved performance of list reports can either be achieved by segmenting the list into multiple pages similar to the way list reports elsewhere in Aha works.

A more sophisticated solution might be to implement endless scroll by rendering only what can be shown on screen at anyone time.
