Improve views dropdowns

Who would benefit?

All users trying to find saved/favorite/example reports

What impact would it make?

Make it quick and easy for users to find what they are looking for

How should it work?

Currently the views shown in the various tabs of the views dropdown are filters by view type. This may have been misguided as it would confuse users by making it appear that they do not have saved/favorite/example views of other types.

Reconsider how this is all laid out with the goal of making it as easy as possible to find the saved views you need.
