Reports Dashboard - add an option for users to be able set/select a default view

We have created a number of reports that we look at regularly. We have tagged these as favourites and created a folder which includes these reports, but we every time we open the Reports Dashboard we still need to either use the filter options or open the folder to see our most-used reports.

It would be great to set up a default view which only included these reports.
