All the information in Customize record cards in at workspace level needs to be available when I use white board as well. |
You can now customize the fields that display on record cards in whiteboards!
To get started, select a record card on a whiteboard, and click Card layout in the toolbar. Then add, remove, or rearrange fields (even your custom fields) in the layout, and click Save. This layout will update the rest of the whiteboard, so any other cards for that record type will use the new layout.
You can also customize the default layout for whiteboard record cards for each workspace. In Settings > Workspace > Configure > Card customizations, select Customize card layouts. Then, switch to the Whiteboard view tab to modify the default layout, and click Save.
Love it and using it from day 1!
+1 for this. For example, would love to be able to share the Due Date/End Date of an Initiative along with the Name of the Initiative. Showing the associated image would be even better!
To simplify, any record I can "copy" into a whiteboard should contain any data element from the original copy. As the metadata associated to the original changes the copy (on the whiteboard) should reflect the current state of the original and it's metadata.
