Display progress circles on Gantt without requiring start and end dates

Who would benefit?

Users using the Gantt chart to track progress of their work.

What impact would it make?

It would make it easier to see at a glance how items are progressing without requiring the additional start and end time fields to be populated.

How should it work?

Currently, the progress circle only shows on the Gantt when start and end dates exist on a record (this was initially built to match the progress bar on the view). The actual data on that circle is pulled from the overall "Progress" field on a record, so it should display whether or not a record has a timeline set for easy reference.
