Be able to set right click on a feature and set the duration for it

Currently the only way to "properly" size a bar on the gantt chart is to set the start and end dates. However, it would be nice if you could say this Feature is 10 days long and it sizes the bar correctly then you can drag it so it lands on the start and end dates you want.
