Allow user to adjust dashboard snap grid size

I would love flexibility to adjust the "snap grid" that dashboard panels need to fit into on an Aha! dashboard. That would give me more flexibility to layout my panels.

Example:

• I wanted to add a text panel around the border of a section of my dashboard, but the width of one block is too wide for what I was looking for

• I want to be able to fit slightly more panels in a row, which would be achievable if I could make the snap grid blocks a little smaller
