Allow smaller margins and finer adjustments to size of dashboard panels

All reports in Aha! have way too much white space. It should be user configurable. This is especially true of dashboards. It would be great if we could:

• have finer detail when sizing a dashboard panel

• control the cushioning around panels - especially text panels

• control the cushioning between views and the edges of panels

• control the cushioning between headers, rows and cells on reports.

Stakeholders are interested in the data in the views, not the spaces between them.
