please move overview back from strategy to an administrative or configuration area

My users did not connect the overview of the workspace to the strategic menu of ideation and strategy features. They still believe its part of a more administrative, configuration type of feature set as it was under the prior menu area.

Can it be repositioned to a more intuitive location for functionality that is similar, as configuration settings or the meta-data of the workspace as a whole?

If we have configuration choice to reposition it as a navigation setting, that would let me fix the application to match user expectations of what is strategy vs admin content.
