Ideas Required Fields

Upon adding an idea in the portal, if the user tries to hit submit without populating required fields, it gives the error message, this field is required. Upon entering the information into those fields, the error message should go away, but it doesn't. The user is able to submit the idea, but having the error message remain is misleading.
