Feature Rank on Prioritization Page Merged

Rank seems to only be relevant and useful on the prioritization view - rank on the prioritization view should be written to the feature itself so it can be mapped to Jira and can be used in wider context rather than just the report. Being able to drag and drop, or readily modify rank while listing many features at the same time is very valuable, but it should be able to be mapped and saved/published with the feature itself. The current prioritization page use is extremely limited and must expand to support our organizations needs
