Filter on Hidden Drop-Down Values
As an admin I receive requests to hide a drop down value so that it can no longer be selected, but the historical data is still relevant. I noticed I am unable to filter by the historical data once it is hidden even though it can be pulled into the report to view. It seems like this should still be an option to filter by and would be helpful to use the existing data.

Hi Austin, there is a button that says "hide" when I edit the pre-defined custom field options. The historical data still exists but can no longer be selected. The historical data will still show in a list or pivot report, but I can't filter by it.
Hi there, can you share more detail on this scenario? When you say you are hiding a dropdown value, do you mean removing a field from a custom layout?
