Hide Values in Records if I remove/hide them as an Admin

This applies for all record types: I should be able to remove a field value even if it's in use. If I can only hide it, it should hide that value across all records. 

For example: We needed to remove a value from a pre-populated multi-tag field because it's just not applicable anymore. I was only able to hide it but it's still visible in reporting which is culturally causing an issue. Now product managers need to manually go through all of their tickets & remove the value. This is redundant & wouldn't be necessary in JIRA.

    Thank you for the idea. Given the low volume of support for this idea, we do not have plans to make updates in this area at this time. It is currently possible to run a report of all features using that tag, and use Bulk edit to remove that tag, and then delete it. We hope that helps!
