Ability to filter features in pivots/list reports that have no estimation scenario set

We use a lot of pivots and list reports that show the scenario name of a specific piece of work. The current filter dropdown only offers the list of know scenarios in Aha but no option for "Not set"/"Empty" which forces us to export to Excel to identify all features that still require advanced estimates.
