User level slack notifications Merged

As a casual Aha! user who hates email, I want to be notified when someone tags/mentions me on a record, so that I can be responsive and collaborate in the tool.

The email notifications are cumbersome and don't fit in my Slack driven workflow. I don't want to have to setup workspace level notifications to achieve this, as it's a personal preference, connected to my users (just as I see in Notifications Preferences under my Personal settings.
