Provide filter capability on portfolio roadmaps Merged

The look and feel of this roadmap is excellent for showing a high level aggregation of what is happening at both the portfolio and enterprise levels. However, our records also contain records that are not shown at this high level. Being able to filter beyond workspace which would include custom fields like you can on the pivot and list reports would provide much more power to these views.
