We'd like the ability to review, report out on, and analyze Aha! user /workspace specific analytics. This would allow us to bring our usage of Aha! to the next level as we could identify:
Which teams are excelling -- ie: using all of the intended Aha! features
Which teams are not engaged -- ie: only inputting data when reports are due or reviews around the corner
Which teams are failing (and might not even know it) -- ie: only using a portion of the available functionality
What workspaces are being interacted with and how often
Etc.
This could also help expose some teams that are using Aha! extraordinarily well and could be showcased.
This would allow us to provide data to our executives about how important Aha! is to our ecosystem. Ie: "100 workspaces are being interacted with on a daily basis", or "500 users are performing 50k+ actions each year", etc.
We would like to measure the most watched ideas portal sites. What are the portals in use and those who are no longer used. How many people are using the portals? Are they widely used by our affiliates or are they just consumed by a limited number of people? The goal is to identify and clean up the environment to keep it up to date. We have seen that there are some empty portals without ideas. Are they being exposed or even accessible?
Similar approach for workspaces, are they empty? Are they being consumed by someone? How many roadmaps / views are created?
Instead of emailing our aha community asking for this information, we would like to target just those who have no activity in their workspaces / ideas portals. We know that some workspaces or portals were created for testing purposes.
At this moment, we don't have any tool to collect this information and provide some stats to upper management about the use of the platform.
Thanks.
