Layout of Ideas Portal front end

We've been using the Ideas Portal to gather info from our individual travel agents but as we've been using it more and looking at how it can best work for those individuals in terms of updates and easily seeing what items are planned, shipped, under review etc, that if we could amend the display to be more of a Kanban style layout.

The management side of the Ideas Portal is fine, this is more the outward facing view for those suppling the ideas to us.
