Allow users to collapse Ideas Portal Introduction

One of our customers has suggested that the introduction to our Ideas portals (contained within the portal settings -> Overview Tab -> General section -> Subtitle field) be collapsible or otherwise be able to be hidden after the first view or the portal by the portal user. Some of our intros are rather long and hide most of the page, and the customer has to move down the page every time it refreshes, and he finds that to be unfriendly.
