Allow users to configure number of records in a list

Having the number of items that show in a list limited to 50 is frustrating, especially when trying to selectively perform a bulk edit. Allowing users to show lists in greater increments of 50, and potentially to "Show all" will allow us to make the most use of bulk functionalities.
