Today, I can edit the "Subject" and "Introduction" of emails that are sent to contacts for an empathy session, which is useful for tailoring the message. It is not currently possible to edit the "Title", which can lead to a confusing message for my contacts. As an example, the "Invitation" email has "Share your thoughts on this new feature” as the title, but the empathy session may be geared towards a different topic, such as an existing feature or something else.
Empathy sessions were sunset on April 11, 2025. Customers told us they instead prefer live calls with customers. If you are looking for a way to manage your customer interviews, we recommend Aha! Discovery.
I reported this today also. I spent a great deal of time customizing my message but when testing the email saw the same thing. I am not asking for feedback on a new feature.
