Allow a direct URL link to strategic positioning templates in reporting

Currently users are unable to create a master list with direct links to strategic templates. Links in reports open up an overview drawer with no details. It would be great if the link went directly to the strategy template or if the drawer showed all the details instead of an overview.

A work around would be to use the strategic positioning ID in a calculated field on a list report but the field is not selectable when setting up a calculation.
