Add scorecard to record create layout
This would allow us to make the custom scorecard field mandatory to add a record, so users consider the effort expended and impact delivered by a given release.

This would allow us to make the custom scorecard field mandatory to add a record, so users consider the effort expended and impact delivered by a given release.
I believe that having the scorecard at record level will be a huge benefit to allow people to put in an initial estimate of value or risk to help from drive prioritisation or reporting - having to do this after the fact introduces inconsistency of approach - we would also hope that there are api upload points for this to allow the scores to be uploaded and the calculation done upon creation of the record.
