Once we finalized our workflows in Aha, my company removed the default "Example" workflows from our account, leaving us only with the workflows that we want to use across all of our workspaces.
However, those "Example" workflows appear to be hard-coded as part of Aha, and they still show up when we try to filter by Feature/Activity status.
This is unwanted behavior, as these workflows do not exist in our account -- we don't want them to show up anywhere.
Idea APP-I-6977 is somewhat related to this -- however, the solution of "filtering to our specific workspace" is not a solve for this, as these are workflows that do not exist in our account. They simply should not show up at all -- we shouldn't have to filter them out.
Thanks Kelly! That was the issue -- despite their workflows not showing up in my list of workflows, removing the demo workspaces resolved the filtering issue
Thank you for reaching out! Do you perhaps have a demo workspace in your account, using the example workflows?
