Oftentimes it's the same team intaking and executing on work, so we'd like the option to have an assignee for an Idea be able to cross over to a Feature upon conversion.

When a Master Feature that has several Features spans more than one release, I want to be able to see the Master Feature represented on all releases where a Feature is defined not just the Release in which is completed.
